During your stay

We want you to have a truly formidable experience, so we’ve prepared this guide with everything you need to know to make the most of your stay with us.

Schedules

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM

(Contact us for early or late check-in/out, subject to availability.)

Safety

• Please remember to close doors and windows when leaving.
• Do not share your access code with anyone outside your group, and enter it discreetly to avoid being observed.

Community Guidelines

• Out of respect for everyone’s rest, please keep quiet between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, including electronic cigarettes.
• Pets are not allowed unless previously authorized.

Take Care of the Apartment

• Treat the space as if it were your own home.
• If something breaks or stops working, let us know – we want to fix it as soon as possible.
• Please do not exceed the number of guests indicated in your booking.

Water Bottles

At Formidable Apartments, we welcome you with personalized glass water bottles.

These bottles are intended for use inside the apartment, not for taking outside.
If you’d like to keep one as a souvenir, you can purchase it for €20. Just let us know.

Ein nachhaltigerer Aufenthalt

• Schalten Sie das Licht und die Klimaanlage aus, wenn Sie nicht in der Wohnung sind.
• Gehen Sie bewusst mit Wasser um – jede Geste zählt.

Reinigung und Abfall

• Die Wohnung wird sauber und bereit für Ihren Aufenthalt übergeben.
• Bitte entsorgen Sie den Müll in den dafür vorgesehenen Containern auf der Straße.
• Die Endreinigung ist inbegriffen, aber wir freuen uns, wenn Sie die Wohnung ordentlich hinterlassen.
